Coronary Care and Telemetry Monitoring (patient worn monitors)
Coronary Care Units have traditionally had fixed conventional monitors and telemetry systems. We offer a choice of telmetry system from Mortara.
Easy-to-handle and lightweight, the innovative Surveyor™ S4 Mobile Monitor can be comfortably worn by patients while in ambulatory settings.
Surveyor S4TM wireless technology is available in two models; one features 12-leads of diagnostic quality ECG using Mortara’s patented 10-wire LeadForm patient cable which reduces artifact resulting in higher quality tracings; the other displays 7 vectors of ECG using a 5-wire shielded cable.
Surveyor S4TM uses standard WiFi technology, enabling you to leverage past capital investments through integration into your facility's existing wireless network infrastructure. WiFi offers increased capacity and lower cost when compared to proprietary telemetry antenna infrastructures.
Backlit color LCD clearly displays up to 8 channels of ECG. The touch-sensitive display can be used with bare fingers, medical gloves or even a stylus – whatever works best for you and your environment.
Surveyor S4TM offers an intuitive user interface with large touch targets and automatic screen rotation feature so, no matter the orientation, interaction is optimized.
Onscreen torso graphic provides a visible indication of your patient’s electrode connections. This useful lead-check feature is displayed when connecting a new patient or can be accessed anytime the ECG signal is in question.
Choose the economical and eco-friendly lithium ion battery or use conventional alkaline AA disposables. Rechargeable lithium ion batteries reduce the per-use cost by lasting longer, supporting optimized S4 operation and generating less waste than comparable alkaline cells.
SurveyorTM Central Telemetry patient monitoring
The Surveyor™ Central System enables continuous 12-lead ECG monitoring and trending using the VERITAS™ ECG algorithm with either the Mortara the X12+™/T12S™ wireless transmitters or the SurveyorTM S4 wireless mobile monitor*.
Continuous 12-lead monitoring enables diagnostic 12-lead ECGs with measurements and interpretation automatically printed and exported to an E-Scribe™ data management system.
Continuously monitored multiparameter data can be reviewed online or archived for retrospective view. ECG data can also be exported for full Holter analysis.
The Surveyor Central System offers optional Review and Repeater Stations for access to real-time and archived data.
HL7 data exchange is supported allowing demographics management at the Hospital Information Systems (HIS), as well as receipt of trend, event, parameter, and monitoring status data.
User-programmable workflow provides automatic reminders, 12-lead ECG printouts, and export of timed events.
